Then develop space planning, flow optimization, finish and furniture selection, art and accessories and installation. All tailored to meet your budget and maximize your ROI.

  • This service is tailored for those looking to launch their STR property and willing to use some of their own labor to save on expenses. Haven works with you virtually to analyze your market and strategy, develop the concept and do all the selection of items. We give it to you in an organized dinigtal document complete with space plans, room by room item list, order links and tips for installation. It is a win-win: you save on funds, we get to stay home and put our feet up.
