Law Firm
Haven Studio provided finish and furniture selections for a boutique law firm located in an iconic mid-century building just outside of Downtown Dallas. Nestled alongside a serene courtyard filled with Texas native plants, the firm’s communal and client-facing spaces are designed to feel like an extension of the garden itself. Inspired by the surrounding landscape, Haven crafted a palette of soft greens and warm, earthy tones to bring the tranquility of nature indoors—creating a calm, cohesive environment that feels like a retreat amid the energy of the city.

Real Estate Office
For this real estate office serving high net-worth clients, Haven Studio designed a professional yet welcoming environment tailored for one-on-one meetings. Blending residential warmth with commercial functionality, the space reflects the nature of the client’s business—rooted in home, but driven by performance. A custom-designed grid wall showcases the realtor’s past projects, offering a curated visual narrative of success and dedication. The result is a refined, client-facing space that builds trust and communicates expertise from the moment you walk in.
Creative Executive Office
Haven Studio designed this light-filled office for a busy creative professional seeking a space that balances daily focus with client-facing polish. The design pairs a serene, neutral palette with rich texture—natural stone, fluted storage walls, and warm wood accents layered against creamy woodwork—to create an environment that feels both elevated and grounded. Capitalizing on abundant natural light, the office offers a calm backdrop for deep creative work while remaining refined enough to host presentations and client meetings. Thoughtful storage solutions are seamlessly integrated, supporting both beauty and function.
Timeless Hill Country
Haven was invited to assist in the development of a color and finish concept for a nearby municipal building. Our goal was to create a grounded, welcoming, and enduring palette—one that feels worthy of a civic space and rooted in its surroundings. We selected a warm, timeless scheme inspired by the region’s architectural heritage: limestone, natural patina, and the sun-washed tones of the surrounding grasslands.
Office Furniture & Finishes
Haven Studio developed the interior furniture and finish scheme for a small Dallas office, focusing on the interior workspaces that complement the private offices along the window walls. The project included a dealer mockup of Teknion and Loftwall workstations, a comprehensive furniture layout, and finish selections tailored to the client’s needs. Warm, bright accent tones were layered into the neutral base to bring energy and vibrancy to the central workspace, creating a polished and functional environment that supports productivity and reflects the client’s brand.
Commercial Office Planning Strategy
A glimpse of our gray matter at work. Haven was invited to reimagine a portion of a commercial office building under development as a shared workspace. This early concept sketch explores how the space could be used more efficiently. By applying strategic spatial planning, we significantly increased the number of rentable offices, introduced dedicated meeting areas, and improved overall flow—enhancing both functionality and revenue potential from the original plan.
